Fat Head

If you have seen the movie, "Super Size Me" (or not) my husband and I recommend another movie to add to your Netflix Queue. Tom Naughton reveils in his documentary, "Fat Head" that what we have been told about saturated fat and cholesterol has been a bunch of "bologna". Laced with humor, full of facts, and "busting" myths, this film may leave you never looking a cheeseburger the same again...and not the way you might think :).



I heard this film can also be watched on Hulu :)
